Brannvernuka 2019/2020 Middle Wave Kindergarten This year, as last year, at the children's square, we painted houses on the inside of the window and fire on the outside.
Which we let our little fire marshals put out (wash away) with the water hose. We also jump from the burning houses (the windowsill) and land on the mattress, trying to hit the target (red round table tiles).
We have found and helped cats that have been stuck in trees and made pictures of fire trucks using simple shapes and pictures of children wearing helmets.
In one of the rooms, we have created a fire station with a switchboard, with fire engines, helmets and fire extinguishers lined up, ready for an emergency call. Fire protection week is very popular, and this year, as last year, we will probably be playing firemen for several weeks/months afterwards!
