We have Forut and children in other countries as a theme now in the kindergarten. Both young and old are introduced to Nanah, aged 5, and life in the village of Kareneh in Sierra Leone.
We learn about cultural differences, solidarity, charity, distribution of resources, watch films and listen to and learn nice songs linked to the theme. And then we have various shaping activities, such as these lions made from handshakes for the smallest children. Sierra Leone means lion mountain and then it goes well with the lions, which in turn can reflect the Rainbow Lion in Være together and the theme of this great educational material!
