We are talking about winter
We talk about winter and the animals in the forest in our department during the day. Today we considered the bear, and talked about the fact that it goes into a cave in the winter.
Our creative pedestrian leader started a shaping activity today, in relation to this. We mixed together shaving foam, glue, glitter and a little paint, and stirred together. The children started by gluing the bear in the den, and they glued the den to an A4 sheet. They then painted with the foam mixture, which would then be the snow around the cozy den. It wasn't nice.
