We have worked towards "saving a whale"
In connection with Kindergarten Day 2021 with the theme: "Small steps for the planet", we have been working in our Kindergarten with plastic and pollution of the sea. We have worked towards "saving a whale".
So we made a whale with a stomach where we collect plastic rubbish. When our stomachs are full, we have saved a real whale in the sea. We have watched films and had many nice reflections with the children.
We have also focused on reuse and used topping boxes, for example, as building blocks. We have also taken as a starting point the fairy tale about "Cinderella and the princess that no one could tie I found I found." can this be reused. We have gone and looked for rubbish in the local area that we can pick up, but due to snow it was difficult to find. But we saw a lot of scrap around the fields and meadows that we talked about.
