Easy felting, most children will master this. Have done this with children from 2.5 years and up. Let the child make a small lump from a wet paper towel, put a layer of thin wool on the outside and put it all in a small plastic bag with a little green soapy water.
Let the child roll, squeeze/massage etc. on the outside of the plastic bag, the wool will stick/felt. Add more wool and continue. When the paper is no longer visible, you can say you're done. The eggs must dry and can then be hung up or placed in a bowl as decoration.
