Now there is little snow around, but there is a lot of ice. We tend to get annoyed by that.

What you need is to take a hoe with you and the children and chop away. Collect all loose pieces and start building together with the children.
Then only your imagination stops you in terms of what you can create. Turn the boring slightly gray ice into a fantasy animal or a large ice castle.
