Paint on icy paper, outside

Now freezing temperatures (Oslo) are reported for the rest of the week. Works best when it's quite cold. Here is a small tip for shaping activities outside.

Watercolor paper and paint thinned well with water. Used slightly large brushes. Put the paper in the snow or on the ground so that it gets cold. Paint and follow along, exciting to see the paint freeze into a pattern on the sheet.
