We have a project called "It sprouts and grows"
In our department (0-3 years), and have talked about both flowers and trees. Now it's the little crawlers that are in focus after a lot of interest from the children.
And in the picture you can see our entirely self-made anthill! The children have themselves picked children's needles and the pieces of wood in the forest and glued them on. They have also attached small ants from pipe cleaners.
