Our advent calendar for 5-year-olds
Made out of inspiration from the site here. The children draw a Christmas bauble for each day and hang it on the tree, which they have made themselves from handprints.
The children who do not draw on the relevant day must say a nice and kind word about the child who does, - this with a view to promoting friendship. This word is written together with the child's name and is linked to the Christmas ball the child drew.
