Went on a trip and picked leaves with the children
Cut a square of contact plastic, lay the leaves out on the table and the children glued leaves on. Place an equally sized piece of contact plastic on top, cut the edges evenly.
Attached to the window with masking tape. Easy for the youngest children to join in on, and became very colorful and decorative, both inside and out. This was popular, and had enough leaves to make two. The topics of conversation were about the different size, shape and color of the leaves.
