Suggestions for an activity for the children

May have lying in the drawer/in its place. Like weaving. Very nice to take out in the sun too. 1. Find an empty cardboard box and cut out suitably large round plates.

2. Make a hole in the middle and 8 notches along the edge.
3. Fasten 7 threads in the notches that gather in a knot in the middle.
4. Hold the free space towards you and move thread number 3 on the left side to the free space.
5. Move the new free space towards you and move thread number 3 on the left side to it.
Continue to desired length.

When the child is finished, it can be attached to a rucksack, bag or given away as a gift, perhaps as a key ring. Or as a chain for a teddy bear.
You can also make very long chains and hang them together on the ceiling, or as chains to hold up a flower pot.
If you choose the flag colors of all the countries you have represented, it can be a nice link in connection with UN Day etc. ???????
