Drop expensive wax cloths in the nursery!
I have found that blue clear construction plastic is absolutely excellent for bhg use!!! Buy a roll and you'll have it for a long time! Durable!
Only used for hobby and shaping! Not intended for single use, it is easy to clean! With an iron, edges are made around the table so that the tablecloth fits well and is easy to take off and on.
It is brilliant as a sled mat in winter.
