Cut and paste dinosaur
But the children (2-3 years old) really wanted to cut, and one of the children would prefer to make a dinosaur. Took out remnants of colored sheets which they were then allowed to cut into pieces.
Then I drew a simple dinosaur, and the children could then stick the pieces on. The children thought that being able to cut and paste without restrictions or too much control was a lot of fun.
