FLOWERING NURSERY. I encourage all nurseries to arrange some areas in the outdoor area to create flower beds/boxes/border zones.
(Humle og Bie restaurants) in the spring. Bees and bumblebees are pollinators that we humans depend on. They are highly threatened, i.a. due to lack of flower area (habitat). Children love little critters. Teach your children about these vital furry friends of ours. And prepare their outdoor areas now that we have time.
We have worked with the Bee and Bumblebee project from spring to autumn over several years. And has many good tips.
