Bringing pine cones to life! - Video
Old and fun idea! My almost 3-year-old daughter has been collecting on trips. When we got home, she got her own idea of painting them with colours.
This turned into several ideas, with eyes, noses, tails etc. Lots of fun conversation here. Accommodating children's ideas right then and there is so valuable and unique! It's probably in this day and age that we really have plenty of time for that! It's fun to wrap, lose and make someone happy. You don't need all the "stäsje" we have used.. you can cut out eyes from paper and use twigs for bones, for example. The most important thing is to have fun!
