There is a rich birdlife around us
There is a rich bird life around us in Nordseter nursery school during the day.. It is quite difficult sometimes and we get to see the birds' harsh reality up close.
Newly hatched chicks that have fallen out of their nest, the egg thief Leif (the local crow) raids the nest of the sparrows above the roof weekly, the thrushes' wild hunt for the gulls and magpies when they get too close to their chicks/eggs. It's not just being a little bird. Here is a tribute and an encouragement to you little birds from all the children at Grønn. We're rooting for you!
