A wheelbarrow wheel turns up like a steering wheel
New play area outside. A broken pool has become an ambulance. A toboggan mat and a bench are added. A wheelbarrow wheel is turned up as a steering wheel and a whiteboard is the window in the ambulance.
Then the game begins. The playhouse has become a hospital with lots of bandages - syringes - and a bed.
