Today I started a shoe project for the 1-year-olds
Shoe boxes hung on the wall were super exciting. We attached a rope to the lid, and the children could then open and close it. They took shoes out, put shoes in, closed, opened.
We have turned one of our group rooms into a shoe room, and there they can frolic in many and varied shoes :) We have also taken pictures of the children's feet with their own shoes on. Yours will be exciting! If anyone has any tips on what else I can come up with, please let me know :) We plan to let the children decorate their shoes one after the other, and maybe make a creation out of this for our autumn party :)
