We at Kjølstad bhg in Fredrikstad have today marked International Mother Language Day. The departments were decorated with flags.

Posters and the children saw and heard songs and fairy tales in different languages. Our three beautiful ladies from Kurdistan had dressed in national costumes and they taught Kurdish dance. Parents had cooked lots of delicious food from their home countries. The children and the adults think it is so wonderful to experience this diversity. A brilliant day in the nursery.
