Bananmuffin, nice to have on a trip or a little common birthday celebration. Bananmuffin ca.8 pcs. (Major forms)
4 Bananas
2 dl. Ground almonds
1 DL. Oatmeal
6 eggs
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 tsp cardamom
02.01 pinch salt
Mos bananas, stir into eggs, and then stir in the dry goods. Use fixed muffinformer. & Nbsp;
Bake at 175 gr. hot air about 15 minutes
I had only small forms and shapes in thin paper I put in baking tray for muffin otherwise they float out.
